The candidate who applying TET for I-V classes should be Intermediate with at least 45% marks and pass in 2 year Diploma in Education. B.Ed. candidates will be eligible for appointment for classes I to V only up to 1st January, 2012. Minimum Qualifications for Classes VI-VIII is B.A. /B.Sc./B.Com with at least 45% marks and pass in 1 - year Bachelor in Education -B.Ed.

So many students miss qualifying marks with just one mark. Recruiting Agency can check the marks obtained by the candidate in APTET, July, 2011 from the website APTET. The candidates who write both paper 1&2 was not succeeded in July exam some candidates failed to get eligible marks in both papers, in short of just two to five marks in both exams. I think this problem not repeat in next TET, because of B.Ed. candidates will be eligible for appointment for classes I to V only up to 1st January, 2012, so that candidates not eligible to apply Paper -1 in next APTET exam going to held on January 2012 last Sunday.
